We’re delighted to have you with us. To enhance your future experience, we are undertaking a staged upgrade of our ground-floor restaurant and kitchen from 15 December through March.
During this time, all dining, including breakfast and all-day service, will be temporarily hosted on our rooftop, where you can enjoy beautiful views while works are underway.
The downstairs restaurant will be closed, and while minor daytime works may be visible, we will do everything we can to minimise disruption, with all hotel services and amenities continuing to operate as normal.

We’re excited to be transforming Lamberts into a refreshed and elevated dining destination.
From 15 December, the restaurant will undergo a major redesign. During this time all dining services will move to our rooftop on Level 12, ensuring a seamless experience with beautiful views while our new space is created.

All dining, including breakfast, lunch, light bites and dinner, will be delivered on the rooftop.
We’ll provide clear directional signage throughout the hotel to help guide your way, including in the lobby, elevators and car park.

Relocation begins on 15 December, with temporary hoarding installed around the lobby bar, restaurant and gym areas that morning.

We anticipate welcoming guests back to the beautifully redesigned ground-floor amenities mid-next year. We will keep you updated as progress continues.

Menus will be thoughtfully refined during this period to suit rooftop service and temporary kitchen facilities, ensuring smooth delivery and quality dining.

Breakfast will be served in our rooftop bar in a convenient continental format, featuring cereals, muesli, pastries, toast and condiments. Hot dishes are also available, made to order.

Weekdays: 6:00am – 10:00am.
Weekends: 6:30am – 10:30am. -
Dinner will feature a tailored, limited menu that ensures prompt, relaxed evening dining, with a small selection of desserts also available.
Open 5:00pm – 9:00pm daily. -
Yes! A coffee cart and grab-and-go station will be located in the foyer each morning from 15 December.

To ensure we can comfortably cater for all in-house guests on the rooftop, we will not be accepting online bookings from 14 December onward. If you wish to enquire about availability, please call 07 3740 0888.

Bookings for Lamberts will pause from 14 December, with a notice displayed in the booking portal during the closure.

Work will occur within standard daytime hours, and every effort will be made to minimise noise and guest impact.

Function bookings are temporarily paused until the renovation is complete.

Absolutely, our reception team would be delighted to recommend local restaurants and cafes.

Secure basement parking will remain available but may be limited at peak times. Additional nearby street parking is accessible, and signage will assist with directions.

Gym: We will be relocating the gym to room 201.
Pool: Pool access will shift to the front of the hotel, with clear directional signage provided.

Poolside food and beverage service will pause while the lobby bar and kitchen are closed.

Our popular live acoustic Fridays (6:00pm – 8:00pm) will continue throughout.
Other activities , including trivia, rooftop yoga & pilates, and DJ entertainment , will take a short break until further notice.

No, all guest rooms and housekeeping services continue as normal.

Your inclusions remain fully valid, including breakfast and dining vouchers, now redeemed via rooftop dining.
